The WOD
- The prescribed work may be divided up in any way you would like.
- Give each movement a try and then come up with a strategy. Some movements are easier than others, therefore will be quicker.

Warm-Up
Warm Up those shoulders well at the start, before trying the sit throughs.
- 20 Arm Circles Forward while running forward
- 20 Arm Circles Back while walking backward
- 10 Cork Screws
- 10 Air Strict Press
- 1:00 Runners Stretch - deep lunge using arm to press out on shin
- 20 High Knees
- 20 Butt Kicks
- 10 Air Thrusters
- 10 Down Dog with push back into
- 20 Walk the Dog
- 5 A-T-V-T
- :30 Table Top Stretch
- 3-5 minutes to warm-up thruster weight and try the sit throughs
