600m Run will be at the same time. Both athletes have to return before work can begin.
Athlete 1 will do 4 reps of each movement on the right arm, THEN 4 reps of each movement on the left arm, THEN run 100m
When A1 gets back from 100m run, A2 will go
Then the Ab complex begins. A1 goes, then A2
REPEAT THE COMPLEX
Then go for a 400m Run at the same time
REPEAT THE COMPLEX ANOTHER 2X'S
Then go for a 200m Run
REPEAT THE COMPLEX ANOTHER 2X'S
DB Overhead Lunge (Fit will do without weight)
