- As Many Rounds as Possible in 30:00
- Athlete 1 will work, Athlete 2 rests
- For Example: Athlete 1 will do 8 HPC & Jerks (total), run to the 20 meter mark and back, then Athlete 2 will go. Each athlete will do that sequence twice before moving down the list.
- Each Athletes will have their own equipment
