- We are coming off a back intensive Friday WOD. Keep this in mind as you choose your loading for today. If you are sore, use this as a day to just sweat and get loosened up!

- 6 Rounds in each of 0:45 work, 0:45 rest
- You get out, what you put in to these WODS. Work hard for the entire 0:45 and make it count!
