THE DETAILS
For Time with a Partner
As a team, you will complete 2 Rounds of the Row/Run (1 per person)
- Athlete 1 will start on the Rower. This is a Sprint! They will row, then immediately go for a run.
- As soon as A1 is done with the Row, Athlete 2 will begin.
- Athlete 1 will wait until A2 is back from the run to begin (0:50 max is what you are shooting for)
As a team, you will complete 8 Rounds (4 per person) of
- KBS
- Starfish
- Kettlebell Power Clean (video shows hang, this move is from the ground for Saturday)
You will then repeat the same Row/Run Sequence
Then as a team do 6 total rounds of KBS/SF/KBPC/Down-Ups
Repeat Row/Run Sequence
Complete 4 Rounds total of KBS etc.
Repeat Row/Run
Complete 2 Rounds total of KBS etc.
DONE!
