Deadlift

Active rest = Single unders -->Double Unders or 25m Shuttle

The Met-con

Every Minute On the Minute for 15:00

AS MANY DU AS POSSIBLE (final 3 rounds only)

Double Unders

25m Shuttle (run to 25m mark, touch down, run back to your mat)

*YOUR SCORE WILL COME FROM THE FINAL 3 ROUNDS

When you get back to your mat, complete as many DU as possible with time remaining in the minute
