FREE TRIAL THURSDAY
Free Trial Thursday attendees will focus mainly on THE WORK-OUT description and videos to go with it below. We will guide you through the warm-up and go over the work-out details when the rest of the class is doing THE STRENGTH session of the class.
All work-outs will be scaled to meet individual need and abilities, no matter your current level of fitness..
All questions will be answered when you arrive!

8:00- 10:00 working through the following movements
Squat Jumps
Barbell Back Squat (BS) Build
THE STRENGTH
On a 3:00 Loop for 7 Rounds
Active Rest
:30 Row
and/or
THE MET-CON
As Many Rounds/Reps as Possible with a Partner in 16:00
Athlete 1 - Row
Athlete 2 -
Goes through the following list of movements one time.
*Both athletes start at the same time (every round) and both stations have to be completed before switching.
*The Row should take a little bit less time than the AMRAP portion. Therefore, the rower should get a slight rest before having to start the AMRAP
*For scoring, each athlete will mark a line each time they are done with burpees
