Sign-In
We are asking all participants of Live Classes to use MindBody to sign-in. This will help us manage class size. MindBody will also show you the class schedule for the day.

The Strength
- On a 1:00 loop complete the prescribed number of push-up reps.
- If unable to do so in less than :30, scale back your reps so you have time to do the Active Rest between each set.
- No squirming, no worming! The entire body moves down and up as one unit. Video yourself if you are unsure.
The WOD
- Up Ladder For Time - The WOD ends when you have completed round 24.
- 20 minute time cap.
- Use a Bench if you have one for the Chest Presses
- Use a 24/20 inch box OR 2-3 stairs for step-ups if available. A chair can be used, but they can be dangerous. BE CAREFUL!
- Fitness you will be doing tuck-ups. V-Ups/V to Shins will take too long.
- Score = total rounds complete plus any additional reps, if you do not finish under the time cap
