- Our Atlas Stones are heavy, for many, the DBall weight is enough to use. If using Atlas Stones, they must be done on grass. Dballs must be done on rubber mat.
- The Atlas stone demo below is done to the shoulder only. Please dont stop at the shoulder, send it over the shoulder as we do the BOS movement.
