The Strength
- Using the same 0:30 loop, perform 5-6 Rounds (time depending)
- For all sets you will rest the remainder of the 0:30, before beginning the next movement, EXCEPT the last set of pull-overs. You will want to begin your Air Squats, High Pull etc. immediately following your pull-overs and you will have 2, 0:30 loops to get the work done.
