Find Yourself A Hill and a stop watch for this one!IT IS VERY VERY IMPORTANT that you warm-up well for these. ESPECIALLY your hamstrings. Take the first few sprints to warm-up and not come out 110%.Warm-Up:
- 200 meter run
- 20 High Kneees
- 20 Butt Kicks
- 20 Ankle Rotations
- 10 Hip Mobility Out/In (aka door openers/closers)
- 20 Power Skips
- 10 Walking Hamstring Stretch
- 10 Air Squats
- 20 Toe Touches High
- 10 Toe Touches Low
- 200 meter run
