Miles to Marathon/Murph (Running Endurance): Week of 4/10

We are doing a fun little run challenge to ramp up our running for the warm months ahead. This is also the prescribed work to gain points in our Nutrition Challenge.

You can use the meter marks at 802 to run up and down the road, or perform on a track or at home.

The prescribed work is broken down into 3 levels:

-Beginner runners are those that have no experience, or have difficulty running. Your goal is to run at least 1 mile per week and earn a star!

-Intermediate is for our 'sometimes' runners. If could be a challenge, but you are not new to the activity. Your goal is to run at least 3 miles per week to earn a star.

-Advanced is for those that run frequently, and have built an engine to the sport. Your goal is to run at least 5 miles per week to earn a star.
