- 5 Air Squats
- 10 Mtn. Climbers
- 5 Narrow Swings
- 10 Double Unders/Single Unders/Jumping Jacks/Toe Taps

The Strength:
- Use a loaded backpack if you don't have weights at home for the FS/BS
- Use a very LIGHT weight for the Side/Front Raises and Flys - use soup cans or water bottles if you need to!
