Working from the floor you will do a clean to get the bar from your shoulders. You will do all sets of the Strict Press before moving to the Push Press. You will do all sets of the Push Press, then move to the Push-Jerk.
The Met-Con
- Our work will be divided following a 3:00 clock. Each round will start with a 1:00 row for max calories. You will then do As Many Reps as Possible of: Shoulder to Overhead (Push Press or Push Jerk) , Burpee Over Bar and Starfish with the time remaining in that 3:00 window.
- You will be seated back on the rower at the start of each 3:00 Loop
- You will give 2 separate scores at the end. Total calories and AMRAP total
- Each time you finish the row and pick up with the AMRAP
