The Strength:
- Form first! Do not sacrifice good form for speed.
- We are looking for loading that you are able to perform 10 reps in 0:15. Fitness you will do as many fast squats as you can in 0:15.
- Be sure to get full extension at the top of each rep.
- Squeeze your glutes as you fire out of the hole.
The WOD:
- Wear a vest if you have one OR load a back pack with the recommended Rx weight.
- If wearing a backpack. Tighten in as much as possible on your body and secure the loading with a towel or small blanket.
- Performance = No Vest/Backpack Fitness = No Weight, and WOD starts at 18 (not 21)
