The Board
The Warm-Up
Make sure you choose a light weight for the last part of the warm-up. For many, this will mean using a training bar.https://youtu.be/hi5a_c4G4DQ
The Strength
- If you struggle with range of motion in the overhead position, get as low as you can go with good form on the heaving snatch balance and overhead squat.
- Remember, with the heaving snatch balance, your feet are wide (in your receiving or squat position). This about a solid dip drive to heave the bar off your back and up overhead. This move is a great drill for getting used to receiving a heavy load overhead.

The WOD
- This WOD starts a little lighter for the first 4 rounds, then we add a little weight to end things off.
- We would like you to choose a weight that you are able to complete all 8 rounds. Don't go to heavy and only get a few rounds done.
