The Met-Con
This WOD is a repeat! See the board photos below and try to beat your score!Death By....
- At minute 1, you will do 1 Sumo Deadlift High Pull and 2 Bar Hops, and then rest the remainder of the minute
- Minute 2 - 2 SDLHP, 4 BH - rest the remainder of the minute
- Minute 3 - 3/6 and so on....
Eventually, your rest time will get shorter and shorter and you will not be able to get the given reps done in under a minute. When this happens, you 'die'Score will be total completed rounds plus any additional reps.
