- High Hang Power Clean
- Don't let the weight shift you to the balls of your feet in the dip/hinge of the HHPC. Keep the weight back in your heels as long as possible so you don't receive the bar too far forward. Think big explosion of the hips.
- Hang Power Clean (HPC)
- The common purpose of the HPC is to develop better force production in the extension and more aggressiveness in the pull under due to the limited time and distance to accelerate and elevate the bar
