That being said.... for 99.9% this will not be a true repeat. The board below is really just provided as a guide. The runs at 802 are not exact, the runs at your house are not exact, the implements used won't be exact, HOWEVER it will be pretty close, AND a great kick in the pants Hump Day WOD!Have some fun with it! The WOD
- Rx=70/55 Performance= 55/35 Fitness= Russian Swing 35/25
- Row substitution = Same Distance
- Bike substitution = Double the Distance
- 122 'Sara Normal Walking Paces' = 100 meters
- When in doubt, run for time..... 800m=4 minutes, 600m=3 minutes, 4oom = 2 mins, 200m = 1 min
- If cannot get outside (apt building), vary your time between burpees, mtn climbers, side shuffle touch downs, fwd back runs, toe taps.
