The Strength
- If you only have light weight, challenge yourself and go through the complex twice each working set.
- If you only have dumbbells, do all reps of the complex on one side, then do all reps on the other side

- This WOD should take roughly 10-12 minutes, challenge yourself to get all 8 Rounds done in this time.
- Please note.... if you are doing the Fitness level, the lunges are not weighted.
