Walking lunge (lunge out the entire 60m (round 1) and then RUN back to your mat

*You will then repeat all, but drop the row by 100m and the AMSU and walking lunges by 10 .

* Each round you will drop the row and run distance and reps until you finish at 100m and 10 AMSU and 10m lunge.
