Important
This WOD is meant to be, and WILL BE a challenge for the majority of us. Many are asking what level they should do because they can't do pull-ups/toes to bar/bar muscle-ups etc. Realize there are many people in your same shoes. Pick whatever level you want and expect to come to a stopping point. You will then wait out the rest of the 15:00 before jumping into 21.4. No big deal at all!
Let's Celebrate
We may not be able to have the big post Open celebration we want to, but you will all have a little treat following your WOD. Fire Pits will be set up outside so classes can stay for a little extra cheering, and mimosas, beer, seltzers and muffins will be on hand. If there is something specific you would like, please bring it as supplies will be limited!
