IMPORTANT DETAILS
- ARRIVAL for Heat 1 & 2 is the SAME. The hourly breakdown is just for your knowledge. You MUST be there for the Board Explanation.
- There is a TON of content online with tips for this WOD. Spend sometime watching if you are trying to get your 1st XYZ....
SCORESHEET
- Many of you will be a rep counter (judge) for someone else.
- There are two parts to this workout 23.2A and 23.2B. The athlete’s score for 23.2A will be the total number of repetitions completed by the 15-minute time cap. Immediately after the conclusion of 23.2A (15 minutes), a 5-minute timer begins for 23.2B. Athletes will have 5 minutes to complete their 1 rep-max thruster. The athlete’s score for 23.2B will be the heaviest successful lift (in pounds).
- MAKE SURE TO WRITE DOWN THE NAME OF YOUR JUDGE AND BE SURE YOU CAN READ THEIR HANDWRITING.
- DOUBLE CHECK YOUR JUDGES MATH!!! There are errors every year.

- Scores are submitted by scanning the QR code on the score sheet or by visiting your profile at games.crossfit.com
- DO IT AS SOON AS YOU FINISH THE WOD!
- Scores must be submitted by Monday at 8pm
