THE DETAILS
- Athlete 1 rows while Athlete 2 rests. You will row in increments of 200m until total meters are reached.
- Stronger athlete should row 2 (if applicable)
- When both athletes are done rowing, both will leave for the run at the same time.
- You do not need to stay together, but both must return before work begins.
- Complete 10 Rounds total (A1 does entire list, A2 rests)
