The Details
- We did a similar layout a few weeks ago where one athlete does the AMRAP while one goes out for a run. When the runner returns, the athletes switch wherever they left off.
- This week we are adding in a 0:30 timer to stop where you are and do 1 Burpee. If you are out on the run, you still have to drop, BUT you'll just do a down up instead. It gets kind of silly; have fun with it!
- Communication is key to make efficient switches, especially with the 0:30 Burpee Timer.
- Remember that the scorable portion comes only from the AMRAP. Keep enough in the tank on your run so you can come back and get right to work.
