The Board
- You will have 1 minute to complete the given amount of reps.
- Minute 1: Run 200m and rest the remainder of the minute - this one will be tight, you have to run FAST
- Minute 2: Perform 20 Single Leg V-Ups, rest the remainder of the minute.
- You will work your way down the list in this manner 5 times to complete the WOD.
- IF YOU CANNOT PERFORM THE GIVEN REPS IN LESS THAN A MINUTE, YOU MUST SCALE REPS OR WEIGHT
- YOU SHOULD HAVE AT MINIMUM 20 SECONDS OF REST BETWEEN ALL ROUNDS EXCEPT THE RUN. Maintaining a pace of anything less will be hard to keep.
- On the final round of Sumo Deadlift High Pulls, you will do your 15 reps, then complete as many burpees as possible to get your score.
