- Rx: 95/75, Performance = 75/55 and Fitness= 45/15#
Dumbbells
- ** If using a DB, complete 6 Power Snatches and 6 STOH (3 on one side, 3 on the other)
- Rx= 50/35, Performance= 35/25 Fitness=20/10
StarFish
Rx/Per = 10 Reps, Fitness = 6 Reps
