You will break the row up into 125m sprints until you reach 1000m with your partner.
Then complete 4 rounds (total) of:

- Athlete 1 10 HPC, A2 - 10HPC
- A1 10 BH, A2- 10 BH
- A1 10 SLVup, A2 10 SLVup

You will then RUN a total of 1000m divided between your partner in 125m increments:
Repeat 4 more rounds, but sub STOH instead of lunges
Then do a Run together to complete the WOD
