The Board
- You will alternate who Rows and who Runs each time. Athletes will row and run at the same time. If one gets back sooner, they will wait to begin the 6 Rounds
- One athlete will work, while one athlete rests. Together you will complete:
- 6 Rounds total (3 rounds each) of:
- Hang Power Clean
- Front Squats

- Double Tap Star Fish

- Hang Power Snatch

- Overhead Squats (sub FS if needed)

- Double Tap Star Fish
- The WOD ends when both athletes are back from the final Row/Run. It does not end with the Barbell movements.
