The WOD
- You and your partner will take turn rowing, until you reach the given amount of meters. When the meters are complete, you will both leave on your run.
- Both runners must be back before the work begins.
- You complete 10 rounds (total). Athlete 1 will work while Athlete 2 rests.
- Row/Run again, then complete 10 more rounds.
