You will chip away at the list of movements with a partner. You will go through the list twice- second time around will have reduced reps.
- Hang Power Clean (HPC)
- V-Ups/SL V-Ups
- Shoulder to Overhead=
- Push-Press
- Push-Jerks
- Every 2:00, the clock will beat, and you both must stop and run together. Both athletes have to return for the work to begin again.
