This is a You Go, I Go Partner style work-out for both the movements AND Run (you're welcome)!

Reps AND Run Distances stated are total. For example, 40 Burpee Plate Hops will be 20 per person. A 400m run will be 200m per person)

You will move your way through the list as many times as possible in 30:00
