8:00 and 9:10am Adult classes ONLY
The Details
This work-out begins with a run that you will do with your partner.
Athlete 1 does 1 Power Clean & Jerk, 1 Burpee, 1 Starfish
Then Athlete 2 will do the same (1 of each movment)
Once both Athletes complete 9 reps of all movements, you will go out for another run.
When both athletes return, you will work your way back down the list.
This workout is complete when both athletes complete the final run.
