Athlete One will go through the following list of movements while A2 Rests

Burpee Box Jump

Kettlebell Swing

Single Leg Tuck-Up + Single Leg V-Up

Wall Balls

Run

Athlete Two WILL BEGIN WHEN ATHLETE 1 FINISHES THEIR WALL BALLS

*You are shooting for 1:30 to complete the BBJ, KBS, SLTU+SLVU, WB

*The run will take roughly 0:20-0:30

*This should give you about 1:00 full rest between sets
