Free Trial Thursday attendees will focus mainly on THE WORK-OUT description and videos to go with it below. We will guide you through the warm-up and go over the work-out details when the rest of the class is doing THE STRENGTH session of the class.
All work-outs will be scaled to meet individual need and abilities, no matter your current level of fitness..
All questions will be answered when you arrive!

For 8:00 work through the following movements
Alternating Lunge Reach
Reverse Grip Bench Press
THE STRENGTH
6 Rounds on a 3:00 loop for 15:00
Reverse Grip Bench Press
- palms facing behind you. Grip tends to be a little wider than your regular grip bench. Start Iight, they take some getting used to.
Regular Grip Bench Press
:30 Machine (Row/Bike etc)
THE WORK-OUT
As Many Rounds/Repetitions As Possible with a Partner for 16:00
Athlete 1 - Row
Athlete 2- As Many Rounds/Repetitions As Possible
Alternating Forward Lunge
* Athlete 1 dictates the switch between partners and picks up where Athlete 2 left off in the AMRAP
* The Row and AMRAP should take about 1 min each
