- You will alternate between strict pull-ups and dumbbell rows. Minute one you will do as many strict pull-ups as possible for the first 0:15. Your score will be total strict pull-ups, not dumbbell rows.
- Keep them strict. No kips or leg pumps. Try to stay hollow.
