Free Trial Thursday attendees will focus mainly on THE WORK-OUT description and videos to go with it below. We will guide you through the warm-up and go over the work-out details when the rest of the class is doing THE STRENGTH session of the class.
All work-outs will be scaled to meet individual need and abilities, no matter your current level of fitness..
All questions will be answered when you arrive!
THE MOBILITY
THE WARM-UP
6:00- 7:00 working through the following movements
Easy Push-ups
Down, Up + Shoulder Tap + Toe Touch
Chest Fly Build
THE STRENGTH
On a 3:00 Loop for 5-6 Rounds
Active Rest
:30 Bike (increase intensity on each round)
And/Or
↓↑ Plate Hops
THE MET-CON
As Many Calories and Rounds/Reps as Possible with a team of 3.
On a 1:15 Loop for 7 Rounds (26:15)
Athlete 1 - Calories on Bike
Athlete 2 - Burden Hold
- All athletes cannot start until the burden is off the ground!
Athlete 3 - As Many Rounds/Repetitions As Possible
↓↑ Plate Hops (hands Touch Over Head)
* No need to reset the bike each time because the score is the total calories accumulated by all three athletes.
* There are two scores for this workout; the total calories, as many rounds/repetitions completed, and the bike used.
