Free Trial Thursday attendees will focus mainly on THE WORK-OUT description and videos to go with it below. We will guide you through the warm-up and go over the work-out details when the rest of the class is doing THE STRENGTH session of the class.
All work-outs will be scaled to meet individual need and abilities, no matter your current level of fitness..
All questions will be answered when you arrive!

Those joining us for Free Trial most likely will not get to this portion of the class. We will use the strength session to review movements of the work-out (below).
On a 3:00 Loop
Active Rest:
Do two movements during each rest period.

As Many Rounds As Possible in 24:00 with a Partner holding a burden (weighted ball)

Dumbbell Power Snatch (Alternating)
- Athlete 1 will row while Athlete 2 will hold the burden. Then you will hand-off the burden (not dropping it), then Athlete 2 will do the row.
- Pass the burden back... Athlete 1 will then do burpees, pass the burden, the A2 will do burpees
-Work your way down the list in the fashion
* WHEN BOTH ATHLETES FINISH THE HANG POWER SNATCH THAT WILL COMPLETE 1 ROUND
* Total score will be rounds and repetitions completed in the 30 minutes
