Beginning Monday 11/6 you can find our Daily Work-Out Programming on our Push Press member app instead of here on the blog.
This will be available to all members with an active monthly membership option (punch cards excluded).

This new feature will allow you to add your daily scores for repeatable WODS, enter your 1 rep maxes and benchmarks AND will do all the math for you on days percentage work is programmed.
You can add all your PRs on the 'RESULTS' tab found on the HOMESCREEN.
