FREE TRIAL THURSDAY
Free Trial Thursday attendees will focus mainly on THE WORK-OUT description and videos to go with it below. We will guide you through the warm-up and go over the work-out details when the rest of the class is doing THE STRENGTH session of the class.
All work-outs will be scaled to meet individual need and abilities, no matter your current level of fitness..
All questions will be answered when you arrive!

- Pick a machine and spend 0:30 on it. Use this as a time to try something new!
- Overhead tricep extension (2 hands on DB at once)
- Dumbbell Bench Press
The Met-Con
As Many Rounds as Possible in 18:00 with a partner.
We will help pair you up in a team that will make sense for your abilities.
This is a waterfall start, which means as soon as Athlete 1 is off the rower, athlete 2 will get on the rower and begin.
The row should separate you enough so that you do not run into your partner. If one athlete is stronger than the other, have them go first.
Row should take less than 1:00

- One arm at a time, choose a DB that you can go from Rig to Wall and back with the same arm, then switch.
