The Strength
- Please note different positions for Barbell and Dumbbell Use
- If you have a bench at your house, we challenge you to go from the floor as we are!
- Set your clock for a 1:00 Loop
- Do some or all of the Active Rest between each set, depending on time

The WOD
- This will be a challenging Push-Up WOD
- Keep your reps in check, and scale if you are faulting
- Mountain Climbers stay the same every round
- Fitness folks will travel the ladder to 8, repeat and then head back down. They will also perform 8 Mtn Climbers instead of 10
