The Details
As Many Rounds/Reps as Possible in 30:00 with 2 other Partners (3some)
- Athlete 1 will Run, and will determine when everyone switches when they return
- Athlete 2 will do Starfish and then rest until A1 returns from run.
- Athlete 3 will do the AMRAP as many times through as they can until A1 gets back from the run
