The WOD
- All rowers will be outside.
- We will run 2 heats, with ample time to sanitize between. Heat 2 will sanitize before getting on the rower.
- Masks will come with you outside, and must be worn when you return into the building, and back to your station.
- The WOD starts with Goblet Squats
- The Goblet Squats will not count toward your AMRAP score.
