Part I:
- Loop 1 (0:45) - Perform 10Deadliftand rest the remainder of 0:45
- Loop 2 (0:45) - Perform 40 Bicycle Crunches then rest the remainder of 0:45
- Loop 3 (0:45) - Perform 10 SStep-Ups, then rest the remainder of 0:45
All 3 parts = 1 Round. After 4 Rounds, you will transition to Part II of the strength.Part II:
