Jerks will be from the rig, working to a heavy single. If you are a new CrossFitter, instead of doing a heavy single, maintain at 2-3 reps each round focusing on form and technique
The Met-con
2 Rounds for Time:
Run 400m, then do 4 rounds of:
10 Shoulder to Overhead (Push Jerk or Push-Press)
10 Box Jumps
Then Repeat
