We are loading the Farmers Carry with one Kettle Bell/Dumbbell only. This unilateral loading will ask you to be mindful of your mid-line. Think about standing up-right with a stable core - hips and shoulders aligned as you walk. You will walk 40m with the load in one hand, switch hands then head back to the start.Don't smoke your grip with the farmers carry. Choose a weight that allows you to focus on the intent of the movement, and not max weight moved.
