Anniversary Party
Our 8 Year Anniversary Party is Saturday from 12-4 (ish)! We will be playing some super fun games AND will have a giant Slip n' Slide on-site! Bring a change of clothes and a towel, as well as any family or friends you want. We will provide pulled pork, burgers, turkey burgers and hot dogs. There is a sign-up at the gym for some side dish ideas. SEE YOU THERE!

This will be a quick one. Your strength is 6:00 and the switches will come fast. Focus is on picture perfect form.
The WOD
As many V-Sit Taps as Possible. You will complete your plate ground to overhead, bar hops and deadlifts, and with the remaining time of the minute, do as many v-taps as you can for a score.
The WOD x 2
- Your work is not yet complete. After catching your breath from WOD I, head out the door and finish out the day with sprints.
- You will begin at the building, sprint to the gravel (Rx), walk back and rest the remainder of the 2:00 loop before going again. You should shoot for about 0:45 rest after walking back to the start position.
