Thank you all for helping us to celebrate our 8th Anniversary on Saturday! We had an amazing day, and I think we can all agree the games were a hit! We truly have a special Community, and we will never get tired of thanking each of you for being a part of it!

- If you have built the baseline strength (strict pull-ups), but haven't quite mastered the kip, today is your day to practice your technique.
- You can even do a little of strict pull-up work, and a little kip pull-up work, BUT make sure you get the active rest in along the way.

The WOD
- Starting at the builiding, you will run to the 40m mark. TOUCH DOWN, run back to building, then run to the 35m mark and so on.
- When that is complete, you will begin your 10 Rounds of Pull-Ups, V-Ups and Lunges
- When 10 rounds are complete, you will repeat the shuttle, then AMRAP the remaining time.
