The Strength
You will perform all reps of the Strict Press before moving on to the Push Press. You will perform all Push Press, before moving on to the Push Jerk. Because we are adding more power from our legs as we work our way down the list, many should be able to complete their Strict Press 1 Rep Max and keep the same weight on their bar for the 8 Push Presses and 8 Push Jerks. Adjust as needed. This work will be performed from the rig.
The WOD
Move your way up in reps, and then back down as fast as possible. Don't forget to repeat your round of 10!
