The Board
- One big chipper!
- This WOD starts with a row and ends with a run. Your movements are all straight forward, just force yourself to stay moving and pluck away down the list.
- Please pick the right number of Double Unders that makes sense for you. Embrace the time to work on them, and use the tip below to focus on during the WOD.
- If you leave the building at the 28:00 mark, you may finish your run as intended, if it bleeds a little over the time cap. If you leave beyond this point, please scale your run back.
The Warm-Up
- Centerwood Chops
- Russian Kettlebell Swings (eye level)
The WOD
A chipper style WOD asks you to move down the list in order. You cannot move to the next movement on the list until all reps are complete.Because we may have to run 2 heats for the WOD, you must be off the rower by the 5:30 mark.
Double Under Tips: Draw a number 1The hand motion for double-unders should be a simple flick of the wrist.Imagine the handle is a marker and you are drawing a number 1 (twice) with each jump.
